We are looking for a media buyer to engineer and execute successful online advertising campaigns across Google and Microsoft for our clients.

Responsibilities:
- Executing tests, collecting, and analyzing data, identifying trends and insights to achieve maximum ROI in paid search campaigns.
- Tracking, reporting, and analyzing website analytics, pay-per-click (PPC) initiatives and campaigns.
- Managing campaign expenses, staying on budget, estimating monthly costs, and reconciling discrepancies.
- Optimize copy and landing pages for paid search engine marketing campaigns.
- Perform ongoing paid keyword discovery, expansion, and optimization.
- Research and analyze competitor advertising links and dive into monthly insights and trends.
- Collaborate with the Account Management team members to understand clients’ KPIs and develop, execute, and report on marketing performance to align with these goals, set benchmarks and present findings.
- Produce reports for Account Management team (e.g. dashboards).
- Suggest and develop new campaigns across multiple channels.
- Maintain partnerships with PPC ad platforms and vendors.
- Find ways to reduce risk of click fraud.
- Keep abreast of PPC and SEM trends.
Requirements:
- BS/MS degree in Marketing/Digital Media or a quantitative, test-driven field.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as a successful PPC Manager or Digital Marketing Specialist.
- Google Ads certification.
- Extensive experience in data analysis and reporting.
- Familiarity with A/B and multivariate experiments.
- Facilitate A/B testing to ensure optimization, targeting and marketing goals align with business objectives.
- Stay current on latest trends, technologies, practices, and methods to continually seek innovative approaches to challenges and deepen engagement with audiences.
- Familiarity with multiple ad platforms (e.g. Google, Youtube, Facebook, Microsoft) is preferred.
- Working knowledge of analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc.) and market research tools (Semrush, Similarweb, etc.).
- Understanding of HTML and XML is a plus.
- Proficient in MS Office (particularly Excel).
- Excellent communication skills.
- Analytical thinking with strong math skills.
