Our Battle Against Mediocrity
In the early 2010s, during the peak of the online marketing boom—Google Ads, Facebook Ads, social media, SEO, website design, you name it—people began spending so much time in front of their screens that the internet quickly became the best way to acquire more customers. Countless marketing agencies were born every week.
Tens of thousands of beginner marketers sold their services to every local business they could find, despite having little to no experience. The unregulated marketing industry became a quick way to make a buck before disappearing. Unfortunately, many businesses were burned by this incompetence, and trust in marketing as a whole slowly eroded.
After years of working in the industry, our founders clearly saw the reality: how ineffectively many agencies around them operated. Trying to take on new clients at all costs, without considering whether they could even help them. A lack of expertise. No transparency. Poor communication and procedures. And making every decision based on a ‘gut feeling’ instead of data.
For someone who simply wanted to do a proverbial “good job,” this was unacceptable. Eventually, enough was enough. It was time to start a different kind of company—one that would become a beacon of world-class expertise, a results-driven approach, and unparalleled customer service.

His analytical mindset and attention to detail consistently deliver meaningful results. Outside of work, Daniel enjoys exploring new cuisines, hiking, and baseball.

Max leads by example, inspiring the team every day. Outside of work, he enjoys jazz, good movies and books.

Violet Neuron was launched locally in the great city of New York. Over the years, we began working with clients from across the entire country. This, along with the impact of the COVID lockdowns and the online nature of our services, accelerated our transition from the physical workplace to a partially remote operational framework. We found that this hybrid model works exceptionally well—a significant part of our team no longer wastes time on commutes, and we have access to the best talent nationwide.

They are very involved and really care about the outcome of their work. It's the first agency we've ever worked with that seems to do more than they're expected to. After 6 months of our partnership, they have managed to scale our cold ad spend 4x on Facebook and TikTok. CAC increased only by around 10-15%. Considering the scale, it's truly an incredible achievement. Moreover, I really like that they send everything for approval before running it. You can trust them with your advertising. PS: The only thing I would slightly improve is having 2 meetings per week during busy periods. Currently, we have a meeting once a week. :) But maybe it's just me.

I cannot say enough about how much they have helped us. Thanks to their marketing and business advice, we have successfully expanded our product line and grew our sales almost 3 times compared to the last year. It was a lot of work, but certainly worth it. Currently, they manage all of our paid channels - being responsible for almost 65% of our revenue. Long-overdue review, I recommend VNA to every e-com business.
